Terms of business

These terms apply to fixed-price advisory engagements (Curious / AI Adoption Starter, Foresight / AI-Assisted Development Review, Growth / AI Development Optimisation Review) delivered by Intensive Investments Sweden AB, org.nr 559527-6584, through Alan Ljungström-Caunt.
Scope and fee
Each engagement has a written scope and fixed fee agreed before work starts. For Growth, the fee is confirmed on the intro call and then set out in writing. Prices on the website are excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Invoiced on delivery of the main written deliverable unless otherwise agreed. Payment within 15 days. Swedish VAT 25% where applicable. EU B2B clients may be subject to reverse charge (omvänd betalningsskyldighet) with a valid VAT number.
Client responsibilities
You provide accurate information and timely access to the people and materials needed. You remain responsible for decisions, implementation, and answers to your customers or regulators.
Deliverables and IP
You own the report and deliverables prepared for you. We retain our methodology, templates and anonymised aggregated insights.
Confidentiality
Mutual confidentiality applies to non-public information exchanged for the engagement.
Data handling
We minimise personal data. Developer surveys are anonymous where described. Client materials are deleted within 90 days after delivery unless agreed otherwise. We use business systems for notes and drafting without training on your confidential content in consumer AI products.
Nature of the work
Engagements are advisory reviews, not audits, certifications, security tests or legal opinions. Findings reflect information available during the engagement period.
Liability
Liability is capped at the fee paid for the engagement. We exclude indirect and consequential loss (including lost profit, data loss, or loss of business). Claims must be notified within 6 months of delivery. The cap does not limit liability for gross negligence or intent where non-excludable by law.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 3 working days before the main scheduled review session (Foresight/Growth) or equivalent milestone for Curious. After that, 50% of the fee is payable.
Law and disputes
Swedish law. Disputes: Helsingborg District Court (Helsingborgs tingsrätt).
