What we collect
- Contact data: name, email, company, and answers you provide when emailing us.
- Engagement data: interview notes, questionnaires, and materials you share during Curious, Foresight or Growth engagements. Developer surveys are anonymous where stated.
- Website technical data: server logs may include IP address and browser type for security and operation.
This site does not use analytics, cookies, newsletter sign-ups or third-party trackers.
Why we process data
- To respond to enquiries (contract steps / legitimate interest).
- To deliver engagements you purchase (contract).
- To meet legal obligations (for example accounting).
- To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
Retention
Enquiry records: as long as needed for the conversation and ordinary business records. Client materials from engagements: deleted within 90 days after delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accounting records: as required by Swedish law.
Sharing
We use processors for email (Microsoft 365). Anonymous surveys, where used, run on EU-hosted form tools. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact alan@intensiveinvestments.com. You may complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
AI tools in our work
We may use business AI tools for drafting internal notes. We do not use client confidential materials in consumer AI products with training enabled.
