Something you can act on

What you receive.

You can explain how AI is being used, where your code and data go, what you are spending and which improvements deserve attention.

  1. A written report, typically 12–16 pages, with an executive summary and six-area scorecard.
  2. A diagram showing where your code and data go.
  3. 6–10 prioritised findings, with a clear distinction between observed and reported evidence.
  4. A 30/60/90-day action plan covering the most useful changes.
  5. An AI tool and subscription inventory.
  6. Aggregated anonymous developer feedback and tailored developer AI guidelines.
  7. Suggested management metrics, a 60-minute readout and an included 30-day check-in.

A familiar situation?

Made for this moment.

  • You cannot confidently describe all the tools, accounts and subscriptions in use.
  • A customer, investor or board is asking how you control AI use.
  • You are concerned about code quality, shared data or agent permissions.
  • Costs are increasing and you need a factual picture before changing anything.

You do not need to buy the three services in sequence. Start with the question that matters to your business now.

A focused review

What we look at.

Tools, access & spend

Company and personal accounts, seat ownership, subscriptions and whether spend matches usage.

Data & IP protection

Information entering AI tools, customer constraints, retention and training settings.

Code quality controls

Review practices, testing, CI checks and confidence in AI-generated changes.

Agent & environment security

Agent permissions, auto-approval, connectors and secrets handling.

People & consistency

Guidance, communication, team practices and developer concerns.

Value & measurement

Useful measures of value and the decisions your team needs to make next.

An advisory review, not an audit, certification, penetration test, source-code review or legal opinion. Implementation is not included. Findings do not certify security or compliance.

Clear scope. Low disruption.

How it works.

  1. Prepare

Kick-off, a management questionnaire, tool information and an anonymous developer survey.

  2. Review together

A half-day session: leadership interview, developer discussion and a technical screen-share that you control.

  3. Prioritise and follow up

A written report and 60-minute readout, followed by a 30-day check-in to discuss progress.

No open-ended engagement

A clear commitment.

One fixed fee for a defined scope. You know what you are buying and what you will receive.

Good questions

Before we talk.

Do you need access to our source code?

No, not by default. Evidence comes from exports, screen-shares and conversation. You drive the technical walkthrough.

Will developers feel monitored?

The review is about team practice, not individual performance. The survey is anonymous; aggregated results are reported only when at least five people respond. Managers are not present in the developer group discussion.

How do you distinguish evidence from opinion?

Findings are marked Seen or Told. Each area is rated Red, Amber, Green or Not assessed, with High or Indicative confidence. These ratings identify attention areas; they are not certifications.

Which tools do you cover?

The tools your team actually uses, including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex and similar development tools.

What does the founding-client price involve?

9,900 SEK + VAT for the first three clients who agree to an anonymised case summary, a 20-minute feedback call and a testimonial if satisfied. Availability is confirmed before you book.

Does this make us compliant with GDPR or the EU AI Act?

No. The review helps you understand practice and prioritise improvements. Legal and compliance decisions need qualified advisers.

How is confidential information handled?

We minimise personal data and do not request source code by default. Client materials are deleted within 90 days after delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing. See the privacy policy for details.

Remote or on-site, and in which language?

Remote or on-site in Skåne and Copenhagen at the same price. Conversations and deliverables are in English; your source documents can be in Swedish.
